Why the number is different
Check the market before you believe us.
App development is not a scarce skill. It is expensive because it is sold by the hour to people who need their time billed. These are published 2026 ranges for the same work.
- US / Western agency$50,000 – $250,000+
- Clutch, 2026 average project~$90,780 over ~11 months
- Independent freelancer$5,000 – $50,000
- No-code / SaaS builder$29 – $500 / month, ongoing
- AI app-builder subscription$0 – $50 / month
- TalonForge, Standard$12,900
Ranges compiled from published 2026 industry pricing (agency directories, Clutch project data, freelancer rate surveys). Apple charges $99/year and Google $25 once per app — we cover that in year one.
How it runs
Four steps. You see every one.
Brief
You describe the business problem. We tell you what it costs and whether it's worth building. If the answer is no, we say so.
Screens you can click
Before anything is built you get the real screens — not a wireframe sketch. You approve exactly what you're getting.
Build
Agents write both platforms in parallel; a human reviews every release. You get a testable build continuously, not a black box.
Ship and hand over
Store submission, listing, and the documentation your team needs. You own the app, the source and the accounts.
Before you ask
Six questions, answered before you ask them.
Why is this so much cheaper than an agency?
Because the cost of building an app is mostly people, and most of the people are AI agents doing the execution. You're not paying for a project manager, a junior designer and a QA team to click through a form. You're paying for the work itself.
How long does it take?
A single-purpose app on one platform is usually three to five weeks end to end. Both platforms with a backend runs six to ten. Every tier above lists what it includes so you can see which one you're looking at before you commit.
Who owns the app?
You do. The source, the store accounts and the backend are yours from day one. No lock-in, and no per-seat licence added on top of the build price.
What happens after launch?
Optional. Maintenance is 15% of the build price per year and covers OS updates, security patches and a small amount of new work. Apple charges roughly $99/year and Google $25 once per app, both covered in year one. Take the plan or don't — nothing expires if you don't.
Can you work with our existing website or system?
Usually. Most builds connect to something you already run — a Shopify or WooCommerce store, a booking system, a CRM. We integrate rather than replace, unless you'd rather we didn't.
What if we only need part of this?
Then we scope only that. The Starter tier exists precisely so nobody pays for features they won't use.
